5 Tbsp butter melted
350 oven
Wrap pan in foil
Bake 10 min
Filling
2 lbs cream cheese (4 boxes)
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs one at a time
1 egg yolk
Filling on crust in pan in foil in water bath in oven. 50-60 minutes, jiggly center and puffed edges.
One hour with oven off and door cracked
