1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 1/2 cups sliced peaches
Toss, Let stand, drain, reserve juice
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
Stir in juice in saucepan, boil, remove heat and add:
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp butter
Double crust pie, 400 oven, 50-60 min
