8 chicken thighs, cut up a bit
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
Marinate, brown both sides, remove
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp ginger
1 tsp coriander
1/2 Tbsp paprika
2 bay leaves
Saute
2 cans chickpeas
1/2 cup raisins and/or other dried fruit
1 cup chicken broth
1 preserved lemon, cut up
Replace chicken, cover, oven 35 minutes at 325° F
