1/4 cup fermented black beans, soaked 1 hour, drained, 3/4 mashed
1 Tbsp each veg oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger
Saute until fragrant
2 Tbsp Shaoxing
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup chicken broth
Simmer 5 min
1 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp water
Slurry, add, boil
Keeps in fridge 2 weeks
